You are welcome to view the lots during the exhibition before the auction. If you are unable to attend, please feel free to contact us to request additional photographs and condition information.
Before placing a bid, your identity and bank details must be validated by the Hôtel des Ventes des Notaires.
There are several ways to participate in our auctions.
You can bid online through Drouot.com for both Live and Online Only auctions.
A Live Auction takes place in the auction room while being broadcast live online, allowing bidders to participate remotely in real time.
An Online Only Auction is conducted entirely online. Bidding opens when the catalogue is published and remains open until the auction closes.
To create your account:
Go to Upcoming Auctions and select the sale you wish to participate in.
Click Access Live.
Select Create an Account.
Complete the required information.
Accept the Terms and Conditions and validate your registration.
You will receive a confirmation email (please check your spam folder if necessary).
Click the confirmation link.
Your account is now ready to use.
Before placing bids, you must register for each auction.
Go to Upcoming Auctions and click Access Live.
Log in to your Drouot Digital account (or create one if necessary).
Click Register for the Auction.
For security purposes, you will be asked to:
Verify your personal information.
Accept the auction and website Terms and Conditions.
Authorize the transfer of your information to the auction operator.
You may request to bid by telephone. Simply select the lot you are interested in or contact us by email, providing a copy of your ID and your bank details (RIB/IBAN).
Once your registration has been approved, one of our specialists will call you a few minutes before your lot is offered for sale.
If you are unable to attend the auction, you may leave a maximum absentee bid.
You may submit your bid during the exhibition, directly from the lot page, or by contacting us via email and providing a copy of your ID together with your bank details (RIB/IBAN).
Our auctioneer will execute your bid on your behalf, up to your maximum amount.
Our auctions are public, free to attend and open to everyone.
In-person auctions are listed in our auction calendar. Registration is required before bidding (please bring a valid ID and your bank details).
Once registered, simply raise your bidding paddle when you wish to bid.
In every case, your registration must be approved by our team. You will receive a confirmation email once your request has been validated.
We offer several payment methods:
Credit or debit card at the Hôtel des Ventes des Notaires.
Cash (up to €1,000 including buyer's premium for private individuals, or €762.25 for businesses, in accordance with French regulations).
Secure online payment by credit or debit card via our website under the Online Payment section.
Lots may be collected once your invoice has been paid in full.
Please present a valid ID when collecting your purchases.
If you appoint someone else to collect your lots, they must provide:
A signed authorization letter.
A copy of your ID.
Their own valid ID.
Lots that are not collected after the auction will be subject to storage charges.
