The sale is in cash, and the buyers will pay, per lot, in addition to the hammer price of 24%, including tax. The highest and last bidder will be the successful bidder. A preliminary exposure allows the purchasers to realize the state of the goods on sale, and the objects are sold without guarantee. It won't be admitted any complaint once the adjudication is pronounced, particularly for the restorations of use and minor accidents. Only severe accidents and significant repainting will be taken into consideration. The condition of the frames is by no means guaranteed. Re-linings are considered a precautionary measure and not a defect. The sale of firearms can only be carried out on the presentation of a valid hunting license or a license to carry a firearm and only to French residents. The holder of the firearm purchase is subject to a 5th category declaration to the Prefecture or a police department. The removal of objects is immediate. The tolerance of storage does not engage the responsibility of the Notary or the Hôtel des Ventes des Notaires in any capacity whatsoever, the object being considered under the exclusive responsibility of the purchaser from the pronouncement of the auction.

Payment of invoices can be made in cash, by bank check, or by bank card. Any slip exceeding the same sale of 950 euros (including costs) for an individual and 762,25 euros for a merchant must be paid in full by crossed check or by any other means debiting the amount paid from an account held at a credit institution, an investment firm or an institution mentioned in article 8 of law n° 84-46 of January 24th, 1984. All partial settlements relating to a debt whose total amount exceeds this threshold fall within the scope of this article.

A storage fee will be charged at 30€ excl. VAT/week applies to any item not collected on the day of the sale or after five days. Any week started being due in its entirety.
