SARREGUEMINES "Lion jug Circa 1920-30 Zoomorphic pitcher in fine earthenware coated with glazes colored by metallic oxides, known as Majolica. Bears the shape number "4020", which corresponds to a "Cruche Lion" in the Sarreguemines faienceware number list. Obtained by molding, it represents the head of a lion. Debossed marks under the base: "C 11B - SARREGUEMINES FRANCE" for the factory, shape number "4020", paste number "531" and "D U C" shaping mark. Printed trademark: "I 36A - SARREGUEMINES D.V FRANCE". Height: 17.7 cm Some cracks
