SARREGUEMINES Pair of "Flat ribbed vases circa 1870 Pair of fine earthenware vases coated with metal oxide colored glazes, known as Majolica. Bearing the shape number "228", which corresponds to a "Vase à côtes plates" in the Sarreguemines faïencerie's list of fancy and decorative object numbers. Obtained by molding, baluster shape with flat ribs. Goat-head handles. Bronze green color. Debossed marks under the bases: "C 03 - SARREGUEMINES" for the factory, "C 07 - MAJOLICA", shape number "228" and "C" shaping mark. H 31.50 x W 11.50 cm Chips
