SARREGUEMINES "Gothic candlestick Circa 1870 Gothic candlestick in fine earthenware coated with glazes colored by metallic oxides, known as Majolique. Bears the shape number "102", which corresponds to a "Bougeoir gothique" in the Sarreguemines faienceware number list. Low candlestick on plate obtained by molding, with relief decoration of stylized plant elements. Diamond-shaped frieze on the wing. Bronze green color. Engraved marks under the base: "C 03 - SARREGUEMINES" for the factory, "C 07 - MAJOLICA", "102" for the shape and: "UU" for the shaping mark. H 6 x W 14.5 cm Chips
