Miniature parquet clock, "de maîtrise". In the Comtoise style, dark-stained walnut, with a panelled front door carved with a pendulum and weight motif, it opens into a niche lined with red velvet, and stands on a short cambered base. The upper part features a hand-wound mechanism, a round white, black and gold enamel dial with plant interlace motifs, hours in Roman numerals and minutes in a railway pattern. Dial signed "Mercedes West Germany". H 38.5 x W 10 x D 5 cm
