VAT REGIME APPLICABLE TO INVESTMENT GOLD

In accordance with article 298 sexdecies A of the French General Tax Code, certain bullion and investment gold coins are exempt from VAT. In such cases, buyer's fees are invoiced exclusive of VAT. Jewelry, watches, scrap gold and other gold items do not constitute investment gold and remain subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.
